WHAT’S INCLUDED – Each 10'x10' exhibit booth includes:
FLOORING: The hall is fully carpeted. You may choose to provide alternative flooring for your booth space. See the Exhibitor Services section for information on ordering flooring and additional fixtures for your exhibit space.
ELECTRICITY: Power hook-ups are not included with exhibit space. To purchase electricity, see the Exhibitor Services section for ordering information.
WI-FI: Exhibitors will have access to the complimentary conference Wi-Fi. See the Exhibitor Services section for information on ordering additional services.
FIXTURES & DECOR
Fernis the contracted exhibitor services provider for this event. Exhibitors will receive an email invitation from Fernto access the exhibitor services kit with information on ordering fixtures, electrical hookups, AV, and material handling.

COMPANY PROFILE COMPLETION DEADLINE: September 10, 2026
Shortly after registering for your exhibit booth or sponsorship, you will receive an email from our exhibitor management platform, MapDynamics, with instructions to access your exhibitor profile. If you have not received your access link, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance.
Log in to MapDynamics to complete your company profile by adding your logo, a company description, contact information, social links, products, services, and more. Your profile will be visible to attendees so we encourage you to fill out all of the tabs and utilize the various profile features. We may also use the information in your profile to promote your participation at the conference so please be sure it is complete and accurate.
Administrative Contact: The individual and email address listed in your administrative tab will be who we use as the key point of contact to relay all important conference information.
Public Contact: This email address will be visible on your exhibitor profile that attendees can see. To reduce spam, we hide this email address until closer to the date of the conference. You may want to use a general info@ or contactus@ email for this field.
Contact Form Email: Attendees can submit a contact form through your exhibitor profile. The email address entered in this field will be where any contact form submissions are forwarded.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: September 10, 2026
To register your representatives for Summit, you will need to complete the conference registration form linked below. Exhibitor representative badges give you access to socials, the exhibit hall, and meals only. If you are looking to attend the full Summit, you will need to register as a regular attendee.
The deadline to register your representatives is September 10, 2026. After this date, you will be required to register onsite as a full conference attendee.

ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIVE BADGES
Sponsors and exhibitors have access to additional representative badges at a discounted rate of $275. These can be purchased by completing the conference registration form and selecting the “Exhibit Hall Only” option under the Registration Options section when completing the form.
Step-by-Step Instructions for Registering Representatives:
1. Navigate to the registration webpage and use the “Register Now” button to access the form.
2. If you aren't already logged in, enter your username and password
3. Select the "Register Yourself" option if you will be attending the conference or "Register Linked Profiles" to register a member of your team and choose the first individual you would like to register from the drop-down menu.
4. Fill in the necessary details
5. Under the Registration Options section, select “Sponsor or Exhibitor Representative”
6. For "Booth Representative", you will select “Complimentary Registration Redemption” to redeem your included registration(s) or “Additional Representative” to purchase extra badges at the discounted rate

7. When you reach the bottom of the form, select "Register Linked Profiles" to select the next registrant for your team and repeat the process
8. Once you have completed the form for all registrants, use the "Next" button at the bottom of the form to proceed to the summary page
9. Enter the discount code provided to you at the top of the summary page and click "Apply" to remove the cost of registration before submitting the form

As a participating sponsor or exhibitor at aasp Summit, you will receive the attendee list as a part of your partnership package at no additional cost.
The aasp 2026 Summit Pre/Post Show Attendee List is the proprietary property of the Association of Advancement Services Professionals (aasp). These lists may only be used to contact attendees up to two times, only for the specific purpose of promoting the sponsor/exhibitor’s participation at the specified show and/or as a follow-up after the show. The Sponsor/Exhibitor agrees not to duplicate, publish, permit the list to be published, merge it into the sponsor's/exhibitor’s company database(s), or use it for any other purpose not expressly provided for in the agreement.
The Pre-Show Attendee List will be sent two weeks prior to the event date and the Post-Show Attendee List will be sent within one week after the event date. The list(s) will only include first name, last name, title, organization, and email for registered attendees who opted in to receive third-party communications.
If you are contacted by an outside party advertising the sale of the aasp 2026 Summit attendee list, be aware these emails and solicitations are spam. If you receive an email from anyone outside of the aasp office claiming to have access to the attendee list, please do not respond and forward the email to [email protected]. We also encourage you to report fraudulent activity to the Federal Trade Commission.
